The Sarah Campbell Blaffer Foundation Center for Conservation at the MFAHouston is offering a three-day workshop in partnership with CSGI, Consorzio Interuniversitario per lo sviluppo dei Sistemi a Grande Interfase – Center for Colloid and Surface Science. In this workshop, researchers from CSGI will present the results achieved within Greenart project’s first year, as well as the use and understanding of the new nanostructured fluids, consolidants, and responsive gel formulations, including chemical, physical, and organo gels. The workshop combines lectures and hands-on experience, and it will be hosted at MFAHouston. A Zoom option will be available for those who cannot attend but are interested in following the lectures. Online lectures will be live during Central Daylight Time (CDT). Participants attending in person will be able to buy a gel kit and cleaning fluids. The cleaning kit can be purchased directly from the CSGI website for those attending online lectures.
