Few days ago we embarked on a captivating journey where the past meets the future!
The encounter between Fabriano’s millenary tradition in papermaking and innovation with the use of nanotechnologies and nanomaterials for non-invasive restoration of the paper of yesterday and today used by famous artists, poets and printers. The GREENART Project, a pioneering European initiative, together with Fondazione Fedrigoni Fabriano, brought its cutting-edge innovations to this venerable location.
Fedrigoni Fondazione Fabriano’s rich legacy served as the backdrop for groundbreaking advancements that breathe new life into fragile artifacts, safeguarding their beauty for future generations, GREENART showcased novel materials and non-invasive methods for the conservation and restoration of paper-based cultural heritage.
Though the event has concluded, the spirit of this extraordinary collaboration lives on.
